Oh, I hear you loud and clear about the meds. I've got a cardiologist's appointment Thursday for surgical clearance for the subsequent Wednesday for abdominal hernia repair. In the meantime, I've got an abdominal binder with elastic so strong I cannot stretch it out to put it on and I've spent the weekend in bed because you don't get pain meds with a hernia. You are told to cowgirl up and tough it. It's only a week until your surgery.

Interesting how your abdominal and/or back muscles seem to be connected to every other muscle in your body . . . .

I must say the birthday girl does not look anywhere near her age. Hope she has many happy returns of the day.
