Those little hand-carried battery starters are Way Cool. I had to call for the services of one just the other day, when I managed through carelessness to run down the (elderly) battery on our 2009 Subaru in the IGA parking lot.

(I was sitting in the car reading -- because it was someplace that wasn't the house, okay? -- and forgot to take the keys out of the ignition, which left the headlights on, which . . . anyhow. My own silly fault.)
