Well, what're y'all staring at me for?

All I'm doing over here is typing. Go read something, why don't you?

Random House is giving away books here. Lotsa crunchy goodness on offer: Assassin's Apprentice by Robin Hobb; Her Majesty's Dragon by Naomi Novik; Red Mars by Kim Stanley Robinson; Settling Accounts: Return Invasion by Harry Turtledove; and Blood Engines by Tim Pratt.

Also? Pyr has just released The Crooked Letter by Sean Williams in pdf -- go here for that one.

And! Shadow Unit has started its second season. Go, go! Catch up on the characters, get the on-dits. Amaze your friends! Late to the party? Season One's still online -- so get caught up, right? Note: This project is reader-supported, which isn't a new concept to anyone reading here. Just bear it in mind, is all.

Edited to Add: And that's all she wrote, mostly because the hands hurt really bad. Must be nice to the hands. So! We'll write a little less tonight, and give them some downtime. Then we can write a little more tomorrow.

Silly question but have you tried regular doses of Glucosamine, Chondroitin & MSM? This really has helped a lot on the hands front.

I had once upon a time taken glucosamine, but it was expensive, and out it went as a cost-cutting measure, one freelance money-crunch or another ago. I honestly didn't notice any difference, though. Chondroitin and MSM aren't sounding at all familiar, I'm afraid.
