The fourth question needs another choice: Getting a copy of the complete book at the end is not the only reason I'd donate, but it's a definite bonus, and leads to paying more. But that wasn't one of the options. ("Nice but not necessary" is not a strong enough statement of my preference, although it's the one I picked as the closest match.)
