The day before the day that is

Yesterday was one of those days when you do a lot of little stuff, then can't figure out how you spent the time.

For the record, in case there is one, I made bread (everyday whole wheat; today I'm gonna try a two-cheese bread, not because we need it, but because it sounds WONderful); hammered out a flyer for With Stars Underfoot to enclose in SRM orders; did the post office run (and then the bank run, since SRM had received Checks); did dishes, annoyed the cats, mourned the passing of the upside-down bird, and wrote 707 words of Crystal Dragon. The wrong 707 words, you understand, but I don't consider the time wasted, since noodling them down gave me a much better idea of the set-up at mumbledigarf. The challenge is to turn that insight into more -- and more correct -- words today.

In the spirit of getting a head-start, thus far today I've packed SRM orders, played in the garden and did some bookkeeping. After lunch, the plan is to start the bread, and get with the book. Oh, and one of us needs to do up a pre-order form for the paper edition of Crystal Soldier to enclose in SRM orders, too...
