The very annoyed view indeed. He is very pretty in his summer hair cut.

Indeed, he does look somewhat grumpy. Wish my kitty would sit still for the camera like that.

My cats get summer cuts too. Helps keep their long hair from tangling during the fall & winter while it grows out. Mozart looks adorable. Mine get over the annoyed by the next day.

I hope the looks he's giving you are having the proper, chastising effects. He looks adorable.

Such a face!

D'awwwwww.
We do the same to our Gabriel every year (sometimes twice a year). He is fat and lazy and gets tangled otherwise.

Pretty Mozart.

We've got three Maine Coons - two of whom have the proper long coon-cat hair - but we've never trimmed them before... I'm considering it now, though, as our girl Kaylee hasn't been grooming properly and hates The Brush with a passion.

I recognize that look -- it's the "You think that you have gotten away with this, but I know where you sleep" look.

We get that one a lot after vet visits...

Hmmm, all seem to contain that annoyed look. I am sure if it ever gets warm again this summer, he will thank you.

Mozart is cute.
And very annoyed-looking, true *nods*

Oh, snazzy! I should probably do that for my Flower-Kitty. They said she would have medium-length fur. Ha!, I say. If by medium you mean 2-4 inches long, I guess that's right. But at 8 years old, I doubt she'd sit still for clippers. She'd love the shorts, though... And the lack of hairballs...
