Where do I send a note about a typo in a couple of the kindle editions? I just came across a whopper omission of one critical word in I Dare and a couple of spacing omissions.

Well, I'd guess you'd contact tech support (baensupportATprincipledtechnologiesDOTcom). You've probably already done this, but, if you haven't, I'll ask as a personal favor that you verify those errors by comparison with a paper copy, if you have one.

Downside is waiting until the start of 2015. Too bad we are not able to encouraging the auditors with green incentives this time. What fun that was.
