The pictures coming out of the UK are Very Scary. Granting that the power stays on (fingers crossed) 12/14/16 inches of snow is kind of Business as Usual for Central Maine in February.
The delm is always a yos'Phelium; when there is no yos'Phelium available -- as when Val Con is not yet of age -- the Ring is held in trust by a yos'Galan. In Val Con's case, Korval-pernard'i would have been Er Thom yos'Galan, Shan yos'Galan, Nova yos'Galan.
