Just realized I have the actual paper copy in hand and was going to type in the http: address. I prefer paper, but my brain made an assumption that of course the http address would be there as well. From reading your blogs I think they seem to have lost sight of the idea of authors owning their own work, and the emphasis on finding original authors, not making the authors find them. K
