Despite working in the Big City, I also live in/near Small Town, USA. My particular people happen to work at the Post Office. They know me well enough, and know that I'm reliable enough, that they will spot me change, take care of mistakes, and deliver directly to my door even though we are on a private drive and aren't supposed to get delivery service. And the trust goes both ways. (example)
