I picked up Delia's Shadow (and both sequels) and the C.S. Harris series on the weight of your recommendations, and loved them. Thank you! You might enjoy The Long Way to a Small, Angry Planet by Becky Chambers.

So, are you enjoying the Ben Aaronovitch books? And are you reading them or listening to them? (Do you even _do_ audio books, other than as a medium to sell your own?)

I admit to quite liking the books. I find the Peter Grant character, especially his comments on police procedure and language, both compelling and funny.
