Other than possibly Cantra that is.
Lots of Traders, Master Traders, Scouts, Scout Captains, and (implied) Scout Commanders. Lots of Pilots and Master Pilots (REQUIRED).
BUT, a TRUE MILITARY trained Delm with the trained military cost/benefit outlook to life?
Military training has a different cost/benefit way of dealing with issues. They are more likely to sacrifice (not willingly, but sacrifice just the same) lives for the benefit of the Clan as a whole.
All 20+ books SEEM to have Cantra as the most likely semi-military trained Delm until Miei.
