Cuteness attack!

The day job's been keeping me hopping, so I haven't been posting much. However, some time ago, I promised Pictures of Cats, and we always keep our promises, oh, my, yes, we do.

Those are wonderful! Maxl is in a meatloaf--do you guys have actual cold weather back there? (Sigh of envy)

Yesterday was pretty chilly, but today they were calling for a downright balmy 45. Don't know if we actually got there, because I was inside during the heat of the day. It was hovering around 38 when I got out of work.

OTOH, Max! has always had thin blood. Even as a kitten, he would steal warm things (I'm talking major things, like...rugs and blankets and quilts) and drag them to the current Preferred Corner and make a nest. Poor guy should've been born at Cancun...

The chihuahua is the only one enjoying the ninety plus temps here. In fact she wants to go out in the broiling sun to get even more baked.

When it gets below seventy, she shivers. (But it does that only a handful of days a year.)

You DO realise that now I have to come up there and sneak into your house and catnap Mozart, don't you...?

If you want to try it, bring a wheelbarrow. Mozart weighs 14 pounds, and is considered "lean" for a Maine Coon.
