No. If I can be said to "like" any particular bug (spiders of course not included as "bugs"), it would be honey bees. They were perfectly well-behaved. The rhodie is in glorious bloom and the honey bees were drinking their fill. The *&!!^ gnats, however, were making me bugs.

Have you got tarentulas around, Rolanni? A couple of years ago, one showed up in our backyard and Nahla, our youngest doguette, thought that was the coolest thing. Those spiders ARE big, but I understand that their bite is quite painful although not deadly. I thought it best to send Nahla back into the house until I was done shooing the tarentula away.

No, it's too cold up here for tarantulas. The biggest spider I've seen up here has been about the size of a quarter.
