Not a con report
Monday, June 7th, 2004 01:44 pm...real work and Other Stuff having intervened. More real work on the plate today and a trip out to Thorndike this evening, to which the con report must, alas, take back seat. Never fear -- or fear, if you wanna, I'm easy -- the story *will* continue. Later.
In the meanwhile, we rented "Simone" (with Al Pacino and a bunch of other people I didn't recognize). It is on many levels a pretty bad film, but it does raise the interesting question of, "In art, just exactly what *is* 'the work', and to whom does it belong? The creator/writer, the actor/interpretor, or the audience?"
Back to work, me.
