Other Progress: The ever-helpful backbrain has kicked up a scene that -- will need? does need? -- to happen well into the book. It's come in with such detail that I'm thinking I'll type it up next, though I usually like to write more-or-less sequentially.

Saturday, With Alpaca

It was Open Farm Day today, so we picked up our cameras and betook ourselves down to Gentle Blessing Farm, where there be alpacas.

Tried a couple pictures, but all the adults were keeping their heads down. Let's see if any turned out....

Sigh. Not really, though the baby was kind enough to pose for me.
