Enough Already with the Rain

Yesterday was gloriously clear and sunny; today, we're back to the drear and rain. I've been doing laundry and packing boxes to be mailed in between messing around with my camera. Got a picture of the woodpecker underneath the bird feeder, and a halfway decent shot of Mozart. For the morbidly curious, both are ( Behind the cut )

At Dragon*Con, ellayn was kind enough to lend me her copies of Fruits Basket, Vols 2-7. I've now finished reading those, which is a Good Thing and a Bad Thing. A Good Thing because now I won't be compelled to sneak a few pages here and there when I ought to be doing something else; and a Bad Thing because there are five more volumes out there. Fortunately, book buying is presently on hold.

In other news, a bunch of the Friends of Liad have put together a Liaden Lexicon Wiki here, which is awesomely cool.
