The Dictionary of Angels (Gustav Davidson, a protege ofkinzel's late grandmother, the great Dorothea Neal), seems ambivalent on the point of Kokabel (Kakabel, Kochbiel, Kokbiel, Kabiel, Kochab)'s Fallenness. He's first cited as a Great Angelic Prince; a high, holy angel who exercises dominion over the stars and constellations. It is however noted that in Enoch I he is said to have Fallen. In both guises, he commands those 356,000 badass spirits, so you Better Watch Out.
In more earthly news,kinzel and I (stipulating that I can figure out how the interface works) will be joining dduane at The Biblio File today starting at noon Pacific; 3 p.m. Eastern; 8 p.m. Universal Time.
