Sigh.  I stalled about half-way through These Three Remain.  I hope that my excursion into Ms. Aidan's work has not spoilt Ms. Austen for me, but I don't have the heart to pull down Pride and Prejudice just now...

Austen seems pretty much unspoilable, and 'Pride and Prejudice' doubly so--but probably wise to wait, just in case.

The ones I like best are the girl who can tell what the person in the grave died of, and when, and usually winds up solving a mystery in today's world. When is she going to tell her step brother she is in love with him? No sin to marry, happened in my family back a generation, their kids are some of my only whole first cousins.
