You know who has an awesome lingerie department, with helpful sales people and sizes to fit all comers, is Nordstrom. Seriously, they're amazing. Things there might be a little more pricey than at VS, but they're actually on the average better and more long-lasting, in my experience.
I don't actually know if Nordstrom exists on the east coast, but in Chicago and on the west coast you'll find them easily.
