Caught up on some things; others, not so much

rolanniThis evening instead of writing, or reading page proofs, I caught up the Big Pile of Stuff I've been ignoring hoping that the elves would, yanno, get on the stick. I am thus able to report with a fair amount of confidence that:
*Eidolon pre-orders stand at 400
*Saltation subscriptions stand at 909! Yes! Less than 300 still lookin' for a home!
I still have not completely caught up the email. I'll try to finish it up tonight, but I'm getting a little weary, here.
In Fashion News, I have decided that the butchered knee-high that I've been using to pad my wrist brace is Too, Too Soho, and so I have today committed fingerless gloves! also, because they looked soooo comfy arm warmers. Those playing along at home will perhaps be relieved to learn that I resisted the siren call of the elbow-length fingerless gloves with the glow-in-the-dark spiders and the velvet wrist warmers, because, really, then I'd have to buy a coat and a waistcoat and a ruffled shirt to go with them, and where would it end? Badly, that's where.
