I have a Very Expensive Telephone that belongs to Someone Else sitting on the floor of my office, and the memory I ordered for my desktop has yet to arrive. You have not replied to my email, as promised, and no, I'm NOT going to call you again, so I can sit on the wait line for 15 minutes and then get hung up on by an overworked, underpaid, and under-trained "Customer Service Representative."
