There's a Good Reason that Art Imitates Life

...if it was the other way around, we'd all die of boredom.

Really, thanks to everyone who took the time to share their weekend with me! You really helped my weekend.

Today, I got...word count, and not as much of that as I had hoped, but -- I had to stop for a while and Think. Doncha hate when that happens? Also, I had to go back and fix a bit, having belatedly realized that Professor Kiladi has in Fledgling three degrees, not four. All straightened out now, with help from Steve in mapping a logical progression of study. Yes, it's made-up coursework for a man made up by a made-up man. Nonetheless, it's important to get these things Right.

Hexapuma has discovered the Cat Circle and has determinedly Adopted it. Since it's about a half-size smaller than Hex is when curled, the results have been fairly amusing.

What is this Cat Circle of which you speak?

Something like this:

except ours doesn't have sides that are quite so high.

Cozy looking! Thanks!

As for the HexAdoption of this kittybed, one can only send wishes such as "May the Circle be unbroken"...
