can i ask if this is the first information that they have sent you? i.e. - if this is an actual schedule, did they ask you what you wanted to be on, or what times you were available, etc?
I filled in the webform back ...sometime. February? Honestly, I don't remember what it asked, though I assume The Usual, and a couple of unexpected questions about what kind of music I liked, did I watch anime and if so which.
Time passed.
At some point, I got something or 'nother about the Hugo Awards, but I was writing and ignored it.
Day before yesterday, I got a note from someone asking me to OK my bio for the programme book.
In this morning's email, as mentioned, was the preliminary schedule, with a request to confirm, and an address, in case I needed to request changes.

I'm pretty sure that's the whole of it; there might have been something else that I ignored because I was writing, but if so it doesn't seem to have been fatal.
