Anybody see anything that should be here, but isn't?  Anything confusing?  Speak quickly.  The plan is to have this up on Ebay this evening.
************************************

Opening bid $25.

Unique science fiction items, in two nested folders, from the personal files of award-winning Liaden Universe® authors Sharon Lee and Steve Miller. This lot is for the paper associated with the writing of the short story "Candlelight," published in Pulphouse in 1995. Rare opportunity for collectors and fans!

The folders include:

1. At least five iterations of the short story under two different titles, and two by-lines, manuscripts dating back to 1984

2. A carbon copy of the original submission letter to Good Housekeeping, dated October 10, 1984

3. A form rejection from Good Housekeeping, undated. Form rejection from Redbook, undated. Handwritten rejection from Dennis Mallonee at Fantasy Book, dated 12 June 1985

4. Submission letter to Pulphouse, dated October 19, 1990

5. Acceptance letter from Kristine Kathryn Rusch, dated January 4, 1991

6. Undated typed note from Dean Wesley Smith detailing payment and projected publication date of "early 1992"

7. A letter from Sharon Lee and Steve Miller to Dean Wesley Smith dated May 8, 1994, inquiring re intent to publish

8. A piece of stenographer's paper bearing cryptic notes in Sharon's hand.

9. A letter from Dean Wesley Smith, dated 6/10/95 transmitting the page proofs

10. A letter signed by Sharon Lee to Dean Wesley Smith, dated June 23, 1995, transmitting the corrected pages via fax

11. A copy of Pulphouse, Issue 19, in which "Candlight" appeared. This was the last issue of Pulphouse

These papers have been kept in a file drawer for 25 years; there is some crumpling of the edges, and minor wrinkling; the carbon paper, and the newsprint on which the original draft was typed are especially fragile. Total actual weight is approximately 3 pounds; shipping weight will be higher.

You are bidding for the paper and only for the paper. The copyright to this work remains with the authors. Permission to publish is not granted in this sale, which you acknowledge by bidding.

Winning bidder pays postage (international rates will be determined at time of sale). The authors will sign the magazine, if the bidder desires.

I missed CANDLELIGHT in its Pulphouse incarnation. Is it a Liaden Universe story? Has it been published eleswhere so that I might get a chance to read it without entering the bidding process? If you have the rights back, will it go into a chapbook at some point?

It's the very last story in Double Vision.

Looks like candlelight is misspelled in number 11.
