Not likely. Fictionwise wants a five-year exclusive, which I gave them once and am sorry for. Many of the stories were available through the Sony ebookstore (they're not, now, due to changes by management), and I haven't seen either paym$nt or an accounting.
Kobo...I'll have to research, but -- if the device reads Epub, the Nook edition ought to work fine for you -- we're making the chapbooks available DRM-free.
