Would it be impolite to point out that the Splinters, as I understand the introduction, are unfinished tales? So while there are some further chapters that Sharon might let us peek at (or peak at, or perhaps pique at?), we shall, in the fullness of time, most likely be left hanging... which is not to say that I begrudge the tale, which I quite enjoyed, but just that we need to keep our expectations safely in check while perusing the splinters.
