I Dare -- I like the "relative who doesn't fit in makes good" storyline, the powerful emotional parts of the plot, the way Pat Rin's actions interweave with the rest of the family's actions to make a happy ending.. It's my first reread when I reread the Liaden stories, and leads to rereading all the rest.
