Trooper, doing the job in the office today, while Mozart covers the living room:

The question has come up:  What color is Trooper?

Trooper is brown and white.  Or as it says here:  Brown (black) classic tabby/white.  Also, as you can see here, his toes are really pink.

Tabbies have an "M" on their foreheads, but the tabbies with stripes are "mackerel" tabbies and "classic" tabbies have darker colored swirls or whorls on their sides against a lighter background. -- Since Trooper has the M on his forehead and stripes, he'd be a mackerel tabby (with white gloves and stockings). And quite a handsome one, too.

Trooper's color ID seems to TICA and CFA compliant, whatever it is. We have some championship ribbons of his to hang on a wall when we get around to it....

I have to agree that Trooper has settled in quite nicely if he has already taken over the co-pilot's chair. And he is gorgeous!

Trooper has ribbons!! Also features I, not being a cat expert, have no knowledge of like an "M" he is completely beautiful and so we hear is his voice which has a honking sound. Mozart hopefully will put his nose back in joint soon. Glad to hear that Scrabble is completely not annoyed. Very good. the co pilot's chair definitely becomes Trooper to good advantage. The camera loves him. Looking forward to revelations on Trooper's true talents.

Also the authors had to go all the way to New Hamster to pick up Trooper . Not as far as VerBunny perhaps?
