rolanniSUTTER, California (AP) -- The only grade school in this rural town is requiring students to wear radio frequency identification badges that can track their every move. Some parents are outraged, fearing it will rob their children of privacy.

In other news, it's snowing and has been since early this morning. Looking at a final accumulation of 12-16 inches when it stops, sometime tomorrow morning or early afternoon. I worry that the wires won't hold up, but otherwise I'm there.
Sword of Orion progresses; Mozart is asleep on the rocker; and Kinzel's chocolate storm cake is some delicious.
