What they do is basically send all the ingredients, already measured out and sealed separately for three meals for two or four people; they include recipe cards, illustrating how to cook the ingredients. Prep time is about 30 minutes. I'm seeing this Very Useful during the times we're on deadline crush, or if one of is ill, or during the Deep Winter. It's not, I think, for us, an every week thing. It's pretty expensive, but provisionally worth it for people who, for whatever reason, are in the position of having to squeeze 26 hours of work into 24 hours.
