Scattered Day
Wednesday, March 16th, 2005 08:09 pmToday brought two reviews of Crystal Soldier -- a thoughtful one from our own
sartorias, over on SFSite, and another in Romantic Times Bookclub magazine, which will eventually be up on their website. Interesting to see the differences in reviewing style...
Besides that bit of diversion, the day was spent going over the last fifty pages of Crystal Dragon, trying to untangle yet another unfortunate tangle. Sigh. This book gets knots faster than Mozart -- and is just about as surly in giving them up. But we persevere. The light at the end of the tunnel has been seen, and at this point, I don't actually care if it's an oncoming locomotive *g*.

Crystal Dragon
Date: 2005-03-19 03:53 pm (UTC)I've read most of the other Liaden Universe books, and I read the sample chapters on line for Crystal Soldier. I am anxiously waiting for the rest of the book. I had to special order it since no one around here seems to be carrying it.
I know that as soon as I finish the book, I'll NEED to read the sequel to feed my Liaden Universe addiction.
