The Affordable (for certain values of Affordable) Care Act. For once, I'm thankful I'm on Medicare rather than having to deal with the ACA nonsense. At least Medicare (and whatever supplement you subscribe to) is a lot more cut and dried and no income estimates are required. In other ways, of course, it sucks...
