Looks like I have some bulb-digging and separating in my future.  There's, like, a sesquillion daffodils in that row, and they're looking. . .rather crowded.

I don't consider myself a jealous person. Other people's belongings or advantages don't prey on my mind.

Unless it's daffodils.

Every spring I am consumed with envy of anyone who has more daffodils than I do. (I have two clumps I encourage with everything in me.) People who have drifts of daffodils or entire hillsides naturalized with them are obviously undeserving, and probably horrible, horrible individuals on the inside.

It's a huge moral failing of mine.
