Up until a month ago, had I been you, I would have worried, not about the sticky notes being pulled off, but of being eaten, and chunks of the manuscript besides. Alas, the old man, the scourge of all things paper, wended his way across the Rainbow Bridge, pushing nearly 16 years ahead of him, There, on that far shore, he is now in good company with those who preceded him years ago. Unfortunately, my little grey girl having joined him 12 days ago. I'm down to only one kitty now, and it is a strange new world where I can leave paper unattended and cabinet doors open for more than long enough to snatch something out from within. I haven't cleaned up kitty barf in more than a month, which is, in itself an odd but not unwelcome experience, but . . .
