Oh dear! I hope your knee recovers soon. I usually feel really stupid when I fall and somehow it seems like the falls that don't hurt much when they happen are the ones that turn out to be the worst later. I managed to catch my foot in something while I was going out my door a few days ago and ended up going sprawling across my porch. Fortunately I just ended up with big bruises on both knees rather than doing anything worse.
