Going to SnowCon!

Thanks to some fine last-minute fielding by Kristen Britain and Gibran Graham, we (that's Sharon Lee and Steve Miller) will be attending Snowcon next Saturday, January 17 at Orono, Maine. We'll be doing an informal kaffeeklatsch, a panel and perhaps a reading. SRM Publisher will have a table in the vendor's room, and we expect to have a blast.

If you're in the area, or even close to the area, stop by, and you can have a blast, too!

On getting old and crabby

Some arguments are the same arguments, no matter how many times they come around and regardless of the group. They will never vary, no one will ever learn (on either side, I don't excuse myself, here), and everyone will feel Wronged and Misunderstood.

Gah.

In other news, the day-job is still in a state Utter Insanity. I'm guessing that the extended snow-season is making everybody crabby, Yours Truly included. In the meantime, maybe I should start a pool: How many days of Crazy until the next quiet, normal, pleasant day?
