Some arguments are the same arguments, no matter how many times they come around and regardless of the group. They will never vary, no one will ever learn (on either side, I don't excuse myself, here), and everyone will feel Wronged and Misunderstood.

Gah.

In other news, the day-job is still in a state Utter Insanity. I'm guessing that the extended snow-season is making everybody crabby, Yours Truly included. In the meantime, maybe I should start a pool: How many days of Crazy until the next quiet, normal, pleasant day?

Progress on Longeye:

We're supposed to get some of the white stuff today, but nothing so far.

The kids had a scrap last night, hope they make it up this morning. I really wanted to say something about not going to bed mad, but didn't. Stupid argument, too. The worst kind. Of course.

I think it may be something in the air.

Your post today reminds me forcibly of Dana Stabenow's book "Break-up"...wherein Kate Shugak deals with the end of snow season in her Alaskan park. quick read and much fun.
