I saw you just read one of the cat who books aloud. They are a lot of fun with crazy characters. I've listened to them as audiobooks read by George Guidell and he does a great job of reading them something about his voice a Jim Kwilleran.

I forgot about those when I was suggesting fun books.

I started reading the series, years ago, and stopped when they ran out of people to kill off. Not enough Strangers.

I remember "Saw Red" as including a red pottery glaze.

Did this book include the new house built for the Cats? - you might want to not read that to the cats - It included cat ramps, and cat viewing places, as well as the usual cat-nap hides, and sun-shine spots.
