I always enjoy the list of Books Read and have seen some old friends and new ones to try. I have just finished a re-read of one of my favorite historical romance authors, Joanna Bourne. I can’t remember that you have ever included her books in your list. The series is based on a group of agents of the British and French Service during the Napoleonic Wars. I love them for the language, the characters, and the relationships. If you try them and enjoy the books, it will be a small return on the enjoyment I have received from your books and the books/authors you have recognized in your Books Read.
