ANNOUNCING THE LONG AWAITED, AND MUCH REQUESTED...
Liaden Universe(R) Companion, Volume One
by Sharon Lee and Steve Miller
from SRM Publisher, Ltd.
This collection will contain one dozen stories, including all of the stories from the first 5 Liaden Universe® chapbooks as well as an additional story - "King of The Cats" - which appeared first in the chapbook _The Cat's Job_.
There will be two formats, with identical contents; we expect the final size to be 320 pages. The hardcover edition will feature a full color dust wrapper; beneath the dust wrapper the book will have a foil-stamped spine. The perfect bound soft cover (trade paperback size) will have a full color front cover by Thomas Peters. We are sorry, but mass market paperback size is not possible at this time.
The trade paperback edition may be available as early as September 2, 2005. Because of the realities of short run binding, THE HARDCOVER WILL SHIP TWO TO THREE WEEKS LATER than the tradepaper.
SRM is now solicitating subscriptions for Liaden Universe(R) Companion Volume One. Subscription books will be signed by both authors. Those who take a subscription help make this book possible, and permit a coated color cover.
PLEASE NOTE: We're only printing a few hundred hardcovers, and cannot guarantee that there will be any available after the subscription period.
Price for the hardcover is $24.95, plus $5.35 S/H. Price for the tradepaper is $15.95 plus $5.35 S/H. You may order via PayPal from this page: http://www.korval.com/lucomp1.html or by check or money order (US funds only, please) made out to SRM Publisher at:

Re: COSine
Date: 2005-07-10 12:33 pm (UTC)we've been to KC for ConQuest...
and to Salt Lake City for ConDuit..
The thing is that since we usually travel by invitation it takes someone local to get us there. It is nice to be going to Colorado, expecially since the folks at Tattered Cover were sure no one out that way read our books...
sigh.
Be nice to get to Western Canada, too. But who flies over that, anyway?
