The LitFest region was built this year by Fiona Fei, a talented artist who uses Chinese brush painting motifs in both 2d and 3d builds. She built a Worldling for the Faire last year, and a full region for Relay Weekend itself. I hope you have time to look around her build and the others at the Faire; there is sure to be a lot of impressive creative work going on. And the Arts & Entertainment performers, and the rest of the literary festival, etc. etc. :-)
