rolanniFirst, the big news -- the Bread Machine (aka the Lexmark Optra T612) is working again! Thanks, Pete!
Some time in the last couple of days -- Tuesday, maybe? -- the hardcover edition of Liaden Universe(R) Companion, Volume One arrived. We're signing them in between doctor/dentist/other appointments and plan to start mailing early next week.
I may have missed saying that the second story (now officially titled "Necessary Evils") for this year's Yule chapbook (of the same name) from SRM Publisher has been completed in first draft and is resting quietly while I catch up with a bunch of office chores and we work our way through those appointments alluded to above.
And that would seem to be It, in a nutshell.
Back as time permits.
