The cold is receding. This is a Good Thing.
For those who are anxious regarding the whereabouts of Crystal Dragon, please be assured that the books do exist and are in various stages of getting to you. Details at
kinzel's place.
Fans of Dulsey(tm) may also rest easy. Her Friday check up confirms that the breaks are healing nicely. She has been Certified a Moose; the vet commented that most animals would have been whining and trying to escape his prodding at the foot. Dulsey just let him do what he would, with no visible signs of discomfort.
In Second Life news, I'm pleased to announce that the Second Childhood Carousel is up and running at Boreal 178.251.125, and that those who wish to support the park and the carousel may join the Second Childhood Park Association.
And on the writing front, after due consideration, I'm about to Change One Thing in the Book Without a Name. Pray for me.

Date: 2006-03-13 10:09 am (UTC)Which is why it was so funny, the first time we took Dulsey to the vet, all almost-three-pounds of her, to have the tech shout, in loud delight, "You MOOSE!"
This is, after all, a cat who will easily clock in at 15 pounds, when she has her growth, assuming she lives that long. She already weighs more than Scrabble, who's as big as she's going to get...

Date: 2006-03-13 12:36 pm (UTC)I thought that maybe this was some reverse advertising, like talking of the Silence of the Lambs when Lambchop's brothers & sisters, along with piglets, aren't exactly known for being quiet creatures.
