Yes! No! Yes!
Saturday, July 29th, 2006 12:43 pmSo, I have a job again, Sunday through Thursday on the 3-11 shift, starting Monday, July 31. Not exactly sure what all that was about, but it's lovely to have prospects of income.
The weather outside is frightful, the air conditioners are on, much to Mozart's disgust, and I'm noodling away at Carousel Tides. There is an impressive amount of stuff hinted at and implied in those two zipped chapters. I believe I may have discovered why the so-called Compleat Draft came up short...
kinzel is back from hunting and gathering in the humid heat, and reports Shaw's awash with Summer People. This is, despite appearances, a Good Thing, and puts to rest early fears that the seasonal residents would stay away in droves, hostage to the hideous cost of gas.
And now, back to work...
EDITED TO ADD: Kit Jimenez is selling some of her land holdings in Second Life. If you're in the game and looking to acquire some land in lovely, snow-covered, PG, Boreal, IM Kit for info. Now, I'm going back to work. Really.
