Duck, duck -- GOOSE!

So the folks at the top of the hill on the next road have a big white goose. Said goose has lately taken to wandering rather far afield. Yesterday morning, it was a good block away from home, down by the newly wetted wetlands, showing attitude to passing traffic, which included kinzel and I in the redoubtable Argent and the dump truck directly behind us.

This morning, the goose was rather further afield, down by the impromptu lumberyard, on the opposite side of the road -- and charged the car as I drove (slowly) past, honking the while. A fowl with a temper and a deathwish...
