4. Favourite Movie: Several, but The Princess Bride is definitely one of them.
5. Favourite Song or Album: Very tough call. How about "Masochism Tango" by Tom Lehrer
6. Favourite Band/Artist: Gonna go with Tom Lehrer again.
7. Dirty or Clean: A bit grubby around the edges.

10. What's your philosophy on life? Pessimists get only pleasant surprises, optimists get only unpleasant ones. (I'm an optimistic pessimist--I hope for the best but plan for the worst.

13. What is your favourite memory of us? Chatting with you at Penguicon last year.
14. What is your favourite guilty pleasure? Food, the occassional romantic novel, and escapist literature in general.
15. Tell me one odd/interesting fact about you: Last month I made my 10th wedding cake (http://www.geocities.com/magdacakes/JessAdam.html) for friends. It was the smallest I've done (despite being 4 tiers) and the one that's gotten the best reaction from the recipients.
16. You can have three wishes (for yourself, so forget all the 'world peace etc' malarky) - what are they? I want back the figure I had in College, I want enough money to quit work (to indulge in my various hobbies more often instead of working) to be able to travel (like to the UK to meet my LJ friends there) and to hire someone to do housework and such, and I want one of those cool 2 story libraries with a balcony.

18. Which country is your spiritual home? Not sure, but it's probably fictional.
19. What is your big weakness? Inertia
20. Do you think I'm a good person? Yes. But then I usually think I'm a good person too, so my judgment may be suspect.
21. What was your best/favourite subject at school? In elementary school it was reading. In high school and college, it was science.
22. Describe your accent. Typical midwestern American, with a slight touch of Great Lakes Canadian to it.
23. If you could change anything about me, would you? Nope. Except maybe make you wealthy enough to write full time if you wanted to (which isn't so much changing you as changing your circumstances)
24. What do you wear to sleep? Depends who else is around.
25. Trousers or skirts? Trousers in winter, skirts in summer.
26. Cigarettes or alcohol? Alcohol, but usually only 1 or two drinks (or else I get sleepy).
27. If I only had one day to live, what would we do together? Well, if you're the one with only 1 day, I'd let you decide.
