Sigh.  I stalled about half-way through These Three Remain.  I hope that my excursion into Ms. Aidan's work has not spoilt Ms. Austen for me, but I don't have the heart to pull down Pride and Prejudice just now...

I'm glad to know someone else reads Harris's "Southern Vampire" novels. I consider them to be a nice light read for a long day's end.

Austen seems pretty much unspoilable, and 'Pride and Prejudice' doubly so--but probably wise to wait, just in case.
