Places I will Not Be
Saturday, June 9th, 2007 08:56 pmI've been scrutinizing various deadlines, budget lines, and the inevitable etcetera, and regretfully have come to the decision that it will be Best if I give ReaderCon and NASFiC a miss this year. A quiet summer, that's the ticket.
There remains a possibility that
kinzel, in his hat at SRM Publisher, Ltd. Head Honcho and Galactic Overlord will be at NASFiC. More news on that front as it develops.
In the meantime, we have just finished up a couple rounds of play on a new game that we bought at Board Silly in Old Orchard Beach. It's called Bananagrams and it's a blast. Highly recommended for word game freaks. Oh. Did I mention that you can play it solitaire?

Date: 2007-06-18 11:02 pm (UTC)However -- all will be well, and all will be well, and all manner of things will be well. I wish you the quiet summer you need. And there will certainly be plenty of other diversions and good company at the con, such that while your presence will be missed, it need not be a devastation. *grin* (I hear Peter Beagle will be attending, for instance.)
