Versions of _that_ one have been around since maybe the Nixon-Humphrey race. I prefer "Vote No for President." Which has been around for just as long. Or longer.

During the Bush v. Dukakis race, I had a "Lick Bush in 88" bumper sticker. I'm embarrassed to admit that the double entendre had to be explained to me, being the fragile flower I was at eighteen.... LOL!
